Do I need internet to use GoSafety?

No. The app works fully offline. Voice recording, AI processing, and form filling all happen on your device. Data syncs when you're back online.

What devices does it work on?

GoSafety runs on iPhone and iPad. The web console works in any modern browser on desktop or tablet.

Can I use my own PDF forms?

Yes. Upload any fillable PDF and our AI extracts the fields into a mobile checklist. For scanned or image PDFs, our AI vision reads the form and converts it automatically.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each company's data is fully isolated with multi-tenant architecture. We never share or sell your data.

How does the voice AI work?

GoSafety uses on-device speech recognition and AI to extract structured data from natural speech. No audio is sent to the cloud. Your voice stays on your device.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Daily reports and checklists export to PDF. Time entries export to QuickBooks-compatible CSV. We're adding more integrations soon.

How is this different from Procore or SafetyCulture?

Those are great platforms — they're also complex, expensive, and require training. GoSafety does one thing exceptionally well: voice-first field data capture. No learning curve, no bloat, no $50/user/month pricing.
