What is GoSafety?
GoSafety is a construction documentation product with an iPhone and iPad field app plus an office web app. The current product covers time cards, safety forms, PDF-based submissions, injury attestation, OSHA 300, and OSHA 300A workflows.
What devices does GoSafety run on?
The current field app in this repository is for iPhone and iPad. Office review happens in a web browser.
Does GoSafety work offline?
Partially, and the answer depends on the workflow. Time cards have strong offline support after login. PDF submissions can queue and sync later. Safety checklist drafts and some media flows work locally. AI transcription and extraction still need network access.
Does GoSafety continuously track worker location?
No. The current product uses point-in-time GPS capture for clock-in, clock-out, and submission-related workflows when needed.
Can GoSafety use existing PDFs?
Yes. The current product supports template-based PDF workflows and also supports importing PDFs into the checklist builder.
Can crews dictate into forms?
Yes. The current iOS app supports transcript capture for template-based form workflows, then extracts values into fields for review.
Can forms include photos, weather, and diagrams?
Yes. Current checklist workflows support media, weather text, GPS-based location context, employee summary fields, and markable SVG diagrams.
Does GoSafety support graphical signatures?
Yes. The current codebase supports graphical SVG signatures in several workflows, including checklist signatures, injury attestation signatures, and PDF signature rendering.
Does GoSafety support OSHA 300?
Yes. OSHA 300 case management is live in the current web and API surfaces.
Does GoSafety support OSHA 300A?
Yes. OSHA 300A summary management is live in the web app. Totals and rates are derived from OSHA 300 data, but hours worked are still entered manually on the 300A page.
Does GoSafety support OSHA 301?
Not as a dedicated record manager in the current repo. The product can handle related injury PDFs through the template workflow, but a dedicated OSHA 301 management surface is still in development.
How do injury forms work today?
The strongest live injury workflow is daily injury attestation at clock-out. Template-based injury PDFs can also be used for more formal document workflows.
What does QuickBooks Online support look like today?
The codebase includes OAuth connection, employee mapping, and approved-hours export to QuickBooks Online TimeActivity. Overtime and broader payroll semantics are still incomplete, so the most accurate status is partial.
What is the current pricing?
The current public pricing in this repository is a 14-day free trial with no credit card, then $50 per month for up to 15 users or $100 per month for up to 75 users.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Yes. The current public site lists optional onboarding of existing forms as a one-time $300 fee.
Where should I start if I am evaluating the product?
Start with Overview, then read Field app vs office web review workflow, and then go to the workflow pages that match your specific requirements.
