Trial terms
- 14-day free trial.
- No credit card required to start the trial.
- Trial signup is handled through the product account flow rather than in-app purchase in the iOS app.
Optional onboarding
- Existing form onboarding is listed publicly as an optional one-time $300 fee.
- This is for teams that want help bringing over current PDFs, checklists, diagrams, or similar field documents.
Current status notes that affect evaluation
- The public site currently labels QuickBooks Online payroll export as in development.
- The codebase already contains a live QuickBooks Online connection and approved-hours export flow, but payroll-specific completeness still has open follow-up work. See QuickBooks Online payroll export.
Practical examples
- A 10-person subcontractor can use the first plan and add onboarding only if it needs help porting existing forms.
- A 40-person contractor can use the second plan without moving to per-seat pricing.
Limitations and notes
- This repo does not currently publish annual pricing or enterprise packaging beyond the public monthly tiers above.
- Public pricing can change later, so this page reflects the pricing that is currently in the checked-in landing copy.
